What travelers really want in 2015 is an interesting read. It looks at the American Customer Satisfaction Index. Personally, I think it presents a pretty accurate picture. What is even more interesting are the simple suggestions given for the travel industry to become more in tune with its customers. The final part gives suggestions on how the travel consumer can get better service in 2015. Here's hoping.
